I just tried Sriracha yesterday on Skinnytaste.com's Asian pork and mushrooms recipe. It was AMAZING, and I am now in love. I was wondering what evey uses it on. I need ideas!

I absolutely adore it on lots of things, but my favorite is to toast up a bagel thin or sandwich thin, spread on a tablespoon of garden vegetable cream cheese, add a pan fried egg (or two if you are hungry like me) and then top with Sriracha! Awesomeness!0

BUMP!!!! I love Siracha on pretty much everything but would love to hear other's creative ideas. I mix it in with sauces when cooking chicken on the stovetop, dip eggs in it, tacos, etc.0

I quite possibly would eat paper if it had Sriracha on it...0
-
I put it in everything....
Pho is my absolute favorite thing, though.
I also put it in my salsa, eggs, chili, red beans and rice, taco meat... etc!0 -
i love it on anything. Home noodle soup, mixed in hummous or tzatziki and cream cheese. Anything and everything you can think of!0
-
I like to just put it on my vegetables. Or add it to my salads!0

Other skinny taste recipes - Asian Glazed Drumsticks (I make them with skinless, boneless thighs) and Sweet and Firey Pork Tenderloin
I mix a few drops in with a small amount of light/olive oil mayo - a delicious condiment for a lean burger and sweet potato fries0 -
Mmmm thanks for the ideas!
Mixing it in mayo is a genius idea.0 -
Everything. I put it in soups all the time. But EVERYTHING0

I have a bottle of Sriracha at home, and one at work. That's the only hot sauce i use.
I put it on pasta, eggs, pizza, tacos, hamburgers, pork chops, brown rice, soup from the Chinese restaurant, grilled chicken, and even on popcorn.0 -
Eggs
Turkey burgers
Mac & cheese
Mix with light mayo or light ranch for a dip
Shirataki noodle stir-fry

Turkey avocado sandwiches
hard boiled eggs instead of salt/pepper
mozzarella cheese sticks,
pretzels
salsa/chips
mac & cheese
burgers
sauteed peppers & onions
EVERYTHING..0 -
More sriracha fans here. We put it on homemade pizza, in lasagna, egga, rice, quinoa, I put it in our tempeh bacon marinade. Husband said he would eat it off a flip flop.0
-
I add it to ranch to dip my veggies in, or on pizza, or cook some chicken with a little butter and sriacha0
-
Absolutely everything!!!! I always have a giant bottle in my frig. When it gets down to below half, I run out and get another so that I am NEVER without it!!!!!0
-
I use it in the boiling water for my pasta that is how much I love it.0
-
How spicy is it compared to say Tabasco?0

My favourite thing to put Siracha on are my vegetarian fresh rolls. (Wrap rice noodles with basil, mint, julienned carrots and cucumbers and a little bit of bean sprouts)
Voila!!0 -
How spicy is it compared to say Tabasco?
Similar? I think... I dunno, I'll have to go home and taste-test tonight, and report back. You use it in larger quantities than Tabasco, for sure - it's more of a puree/sauce than a sprinkle. The flavor is more involved, as well - it's not just heat.

Haha!! I like to use food as a spoon for this stuff. Chicken fingers, stir fry (with some peanut sauce...OMG), omeletes, any kind of potato, ramen (add to broth), and absolutely pizza.0 -
What dont I put it on?! Love the stuff!0

THIS. I actually discovered this before Sriracha. Its the same but more garlicy, and CHUNKY with spices. Its the best. I go through big containers like its nothing. It's the same company too I believe. Its god.

**Why is posting a picture on here impossible?0 -
Sriracha is good on everything EXCEPT buttery white sauce bases. Just my opinion. It would make a shoe taste good.0
-
Pizza!
Also, I like to mix it with mayo to put on sandwiches.0
