Hi, I'm on week 3 of insanity and so far I'm doing ok. Second fit test proved how effective it is! Can't say I've lost weight as such but can see my shape starting to tone up which is what my main aim is! Well done for last time & for getting back into it! Must say though I'm finding this week harder than the first.....…

So week 2 insanity fit test results are in..... Really pleased with the increases. Switch kicks up by 28 Power jacks up by 7 Power knees up by 14 Power jumps up by 7 Globe jumps up by 2 Suicide jumps up by 1 - that was hard! Push up jacks up by 7 Low plank oblique up by 13 Loving the insanity!!!!

Hi, I'm starting insanity on Monday too! Definitely think it will be tough but will sticking with it & hopefully see some results. If anyone wants to add me as a friend feel free. Can share our experiences :-)

Evening everyone! Will be starting insanity in a few days and although it looks very tough I'm hoping I can do it, tried so many things and the gym etc and with pt before so I have high hopes for this.
