  • Feel free to add me but like others I don't eat "clean" . I try to eat healthy(ish) and exercise. I don't get hung up on eating proteins etc.
  • I'm 5' 4.5" and started at 175.5 lbs. Was 149lbs before I had my 1st child so that is what I aiming for now. I set myself 7lbs goals soas not get disheartened. I aiming to hit 133 which is the middle of my ideal weight. I will reasses this when I get there to decide if I want to lose any more :happy: v
  • Was thinking of getting a symbolic one on my lower back when I hit 40, and a small one on my hip when I hit goal weight. Have had 4 kids naturally, 2 of those with pelvic problems, if the pain is worse than that maybe I will think again lol. My 9 year old daughter does not approve :laugh:
