I would recommend a polar hrm, body media, and fitbit. I like the heartrate monitor when I swim. I liked fitbit until I fell asleep and broke the clip. I now use bodymedia but I pay monthly after paying 100 dollars for it. bummer:laugh:

I am older, decrepit, and obese. I use the wiifit and the elliptical. I have a bum leg or I would do the treadmill. :smile:

Yep I have to agree with the person who said nutella was still good. I have also found trigger foods. I looooooovvvvvvveeeeee for too. If I stop at Dunkin Donuts I eat three donuts. Then why not there's a snickers candy bar at every check out. If I eat healthier I crave less. I have an ever growing list of trigger foods…
