Well yesterday on the 4th I only brisk walked for 15 minutes.... Today I planned to walk more then that! will post later on how far and long I did :bigsmile:

I am happy that there is a walking group :) I love to walk at least a mile after each meal but sometimes it don't work out like that. Hope the group grows.

Well kittens are so much like toddlers and you really have to keep an eye on them and even kitten proof your home. I have three cats that I had since they were babies and those were crazy times! two of them are only 2 yrs old. I had a tree up one year and they destroyed it, little *kitten* :noway: LOL... But they didn't…

I only like bananas,grapes,plums... sometimes..... I am a veggie person I love me some vegetables. So I drink those V8 fruit splash.. it does the trick :)
