Do you post these everyday?? And the leg lifts, are those laying on back lifting legs? Both at same time?? And do you do this at one time, or just make sure you get it done through out the day/??

Not sure if it's really the bra so much....idk, I could be wrong. But even in bathing suits, and it's noticable when I'm not wearing a bra too.....(I shoulda took a pic of my flex;) lol)

And we must be the only ones lol. What I usually do is brown and season beef, add onions, and then add black beans, sometimes corn, and put over rice. It's pretty good, but I need something new..:>/

Yes, I put those in with chick, or a little before...yes I put the cheese on top, and popped in the microwave for a few sec's to melt:)

Yeah I understand that, and it's not excuses. Sorry, but the bottom line is I don't get that hungry to eat all of it.. so that's my delima, do I eat anyways jsut to reach my 'goals'? Even if I'm not really hungry?

Yeah but at lest I know what's going in it....flour, sugar, and milk, eggs. Plus, cooking and baking is a passion of mine. And I'd be damned to spend my hard earned money on 'junk' like chocolate cake, when I can make it my self, and it's better! Taste anyways;)

Yeah..I log what I eat...you'd be supprised how little your body actually needs...idk. I just know that if I start eating, I don't think I'd stop...it's an issue.
