Diet Coke ok. Right...?
So, I drink one Diet Sprite or Dt. Mt. Dew, or Dr. Pepper, (just depending on what I want) a day on my drive home. Since those diet drinks have no cals, or carbs, and I think the sugar is pretty low, if not 0, their ok right? It's one a day, and shouldn't stop me from loosing....???

Does it matter if you eat a small protein snack before or after you work out?? Is there general guidelines on that?

Mostly for the ladies, but when you take your pics esp the 'after; pics do you hold your stomach in? I don't mean SUCK it in but hold it in? Or do you let it all hang? ;) I constantly hold it in just for posture and strength... jw:)

Hey, do you all eat even if your not hunrgy? I go till my stomach is growling, and I'm physically hungry. But if I'm trying to increase protein for muscle, should I eat even if not hungry? Or just wait till I'm truely hungry?
