Eating left over calories/carbs.

Ok, what if I'm below my goal today? Can take the left overs and use them for tomorrow? Like if me and my friend go out, can I use them for dinner and such?? Is that ok/wise? Does my question make sense? lol

    what really counts is your calorie balance at the end of the week... if you are under 1000 for the week and choose to eat those extra 1000 on sunday you should be ok...
