Hello, time to get serious!

Hi ya'll.
My name is 'jennis' and I'm kinda new, I'm just starting to use this again. My goal is to decrease my carbs and sweets, and increase my protien.
I have problems with that because I live off of sweets and carbs, well I could and I did. I bake all the time!! Cookies, cakes, brownines, cobblers, any and ever thing, and then I'll have icecream with it! lol But I'm trying to do better. My friend has lost 55 lbs by keeping her carbs to 45 and protien to 75 a day. So anywho. I'd like to loose about 5 pounds, I know that doesn't sound like much, but I have already lost around 40-45 pounds, but I'm 5'6'' and around 118 right now. I'm also toning, (muscle building) so that will 'add' some weight to me. My hardest part is my stomach, duh lol, but I try my hardest to do my abs at LEST every other night, if not every night, and I do my arms/back while I'm work, and my legs in the evenings. I have to be easy on my legs for a bit because my knee is messed up right now:(
Instead of eating oatmeal, sandwiches, pasta and such for lunch, now I'll have a hard boiled egg, and a thing of vienna sausages, and then try and have a good dinner with my kiddo. Tonight is bacon wrapped chicken cooked in the crockpot. No rice or anything like that for me:)
So anywho, just thought I'd stop by and say hey. And if any of you have some tips or anything for me, I'd appreciate it:) Thanks!

Hello. Sound to me like you have a great plan I eat the same way. I fallow the Paleo Lifestyle low carbs and high protein and i have lost 42 pounds. Good Luck thanks for sharing your story.0
