Ok, I've seen alot of ladies on here have some great abs!! What is your routine? Do you work abs every day? Sit ups? Side crunches? How many? I'd like to know because that is a major target area of mine. My back/arms are pretty stinkin good, lol, but still working on em, and my legs are good. But my knee is busted at the moment so I can't really do much there:>/
Some help would really be great!:)

Abs aren't special. Just like any other muscle, hitting them hard and heavy a few times per week is the key to the most rapid progress.
Since most people tend to carry a lot of stubborn fat in that area, whether or not your abs are visible is far more a function of low body fat than how much you're perfected your ab routine.0 -
I don't work abs. My core is worked doing the big lifts like squats, shoulder press, rows, bench, and dead lifts.0

There is a saying - abs are made in the kitchen.0 -
