@rainbow198, which walk at home workouts are your faves?

I am veering off the actual topic a little but wondered did you all do a lot of exercise (running, weight lifting, etc) before you got on your weight loss/gain journey?

I have made sure I have adequate "leftover" calories so that I can have hot chocolate late in the day (but not right before bed). I use 1% milk with 1 1/2 tbsps chocolate syrup. It satisfies my sweets craving.

I am trying to change my too sedentary lifestyle by walking each day. But oh does it hurt when some people say "walking isn't exercise - you should jog".

I couldn't find foods on the database. Tried looking for Ritz crackers & it said that doesn't exist. It seems to be fixed now.

@walktalkdog I totally get where you are coming from. I am 65 & all the sags & bags get to me. But I am going to keep on because truthfully, I am at a not so good place as far as weight goes. Keep your chin up, girl. I am sending good thoughts your way.

Thanks to all of you for the info. I knew I could depend on all of you for that.

Yeah, I totally agree that 2 lbs isn't heavy at all but since I am so out of shape, I really don't have very much strength in my arms. Just felt I could do the 2 for a while & then bump up. When I do go up, should I do them every other day?
