  • I generally try to be at the gym shortly after it opens, so 5-5:30am, so leave home before 5 since it's a 20 minute drive. I feel great when I get to work after working out already, and it's the only time that I'm sure to go - if I wait until later in the day, life seems to get in the way.

  • got them all in during my lunch workout - meant I skipped jogging and just did jumping jacks and weights, but that works for me.
  • I also run in FiveFingers and love them. I actually think that they help me protect my joints more as well since I get instant feedback on my running form. I have several pairs for different uses and wouldn't trade them for anything.

  • I agree with the Nutri Bullet. The Magic Bullet in theory is perfect, but it is a little underpowered if everything you are doing is frozen. I have one that I use for a little of everything, but if using primarily as a shake blender, I would go with the Nutri in a heartbeat.
