  • You got this girl. You can't deny every urge forever or you will resent your diet. You sound very smart and capable so I have no doubt you won't get thrown off by one little indulgence.
  • Sure, I'm in. 10 lb it is. My only specific goal is in august and I need something a little closer to keep me motivated.
  • Give it away and use one in public (quarter op in a bathroom, if there is one at the gym, or there was one in the nurses station at my old job and I would walk to her office ritualistically one morning a week). I had the same problem before.
  • Good girl! Glad you have your feet firmly on the ground and you can see what you need to do for YOU. :)
  • Addict might not be the right word, but I love it lots! I just like switching up my look, I could go a month easy without the same makeup style used twice.
  • Wow, fantastic!!
  • I'll occasionally have a single serve bag of cheetos but I live off of good green stuff. If it really interests you or worries you to see people make these mistakes maybe do a blog explaining how it hinders long term weight loss to not kick the junk food.

  • You are doing great and and you can definitely tell!
  • Holy wow! If you didn't have distinctive pretty eyebrows, I wouldn't put the two together at all! Such an amazing job!
  • I think by the time you get to the end of your journey, you will have a much different perspective of normal. What I did to make myself so overweight, felt as natural as oxygen at the time, but I was seriously abusing my body!
  • Calorie zig zag helped me get the scale moving again. Some say it isn't wise, but sometimes it seems you have to manipulate your body to do what you want it to (within reason).
  • I've lost 44 in 2 1/2 months, so it's possible. When you're swinging the scale around in the range you and I are, it comes off pretty quick at first, but you've got to keep to the same regimine to maintain average weight loss after the initial shock loss. Most wouldn't recommend it, but in 3 months, I can tell you from…
  • I've been steaming EVERYTHING, then you can add a touch of butter for a smaller impact than if you'd cooked it in the stuff.
  • It's a great site, such a helpful tool. Enjoy!

  • I am planning on satisfying my snack urge tomorrow with a fruit and Hood smoothie. I'm almost looking forward to poorly timed hunger!
  • I do have a cheat day, once a month. I have no intention on limiting myself on these days, but I have no urge to go savage or anything. Last time what really added to my calories was the Kahlua, but I did have a nice lunch out with a friend that was over the calories that I would have normally eaten as well. Originally,…
  • I fit in the airplane easier (basically why I am losing the weight). My pants are falling off (lolz, but they really are). I don't have the urge to eat as much.
  • I'd love to get down to a full D and have them very strategically reshaped. They just don't make pretty bras in DD, and my back kills sometimes. I would die a happy lady. Especially if they'll take my jiggly arm fat at the same time. :)
  • Amazing, amazing job. And a cute little smirk at the end there too.
  • I try to research whatever kinds of food I am going to be eating that won't be strictly labeled and try to estimate the best I can. I probably overestimate to make myself feel better honestly. I wonder this a lot about Chinese takeout (one of my faves) but I refuse to touch it since I have no idea what kind of caloric…
  • I have a strict cut off time for food. After dinner, I do not eat anything. There is no snack to go overboard with that way.
