I don't want to come off like Im whining so I'm sorry if I do, I've just been focused on so many other things besides fitness, like work, and bills, and my husbands health (lately)... Anyway with all thats been going on I've been having a really hard time keeping up with exercising and eating everything that I need to be eating. I feel like I'm completly out of control with my life amid there's nothing that I can do about it.

But wait! There is something that I can do about it! I can stop procrastinating and just go to the damned gym!! I can stop making excuses and fit the extra walk in. I can stop trying to act like I have to clean my whole house everyday and clean once a week like a normal person.

Overtime is a major player in this non gym relationship I have with myself.. I've been working about 50 hours a week... But wait! Ive been working 50 hours a week for the last 4.5 years... There I go again with the excuses.... I am so glad that MFP is here always with all of you on here so eager to help someone that can't seem to keep themself motivated.

I will hit the gym tomorrow AM. I promise.

I too made excuses not to go to the gym--hence me dropping the gym membership and working out at home. Now I have no excuses because I really dont have to go anywhere. Also I found doing challenges on the MFP help keep me super motivated. Since joining MFP I have worked out 6 days a week and have been logging all my food.

Hope you enjoy the site and it helps you as much as it has helped me!!!

Glad to see you're back and re-committed to making healthier choices for yourself. Remember, it's ok to take time to take care of yourself. You need to do that so that you can have the energy to do everything else in your busy life and take care of others.

    You can do this!
