I eat keto, and I eat when I'm hungry. I don't have the 'snacking' pangs I had before at all.

I don't consider myself a 'martyr' at all. Eating a LCHF diet is simple, easy and satisfying. My CBC and Lipid panels are spectacular and I've never felt more healthy. Not everyone on LCHF is a 'martyr', they just act that way because they can't let go of the unhealthy carbohydrate laden **** they eat.

On my third day - no scale, so I can't tell you progress, but I can tell you that I have WAY more energy than 4 days ago.
