You could try working out long and hard so you are exhausted at the end of the day. Or... have you seen a doctor? They could definitely help if your problem is that severe.

Your goal should be to eat healthy portions and healthy food. Try to eat organic and natural foods the most, not pre-packaged or caned foods. Exercise is a crucial part in losing weight. Cardio is the best thing to shed weight the fastest. I suggest brisk walking and jogging at least 20 minutes a day. Pretty easy ;]

You could eat 200 more calories on ONE day and then continue with the previous diet after. If you can, do a little more cardio with more intensity too.

Well, I have failed to commit this last week and gained back the weight I had lost... back to 129 pounds. I need motivation! D: (I just really hope some of that weight is muscle weight, considering I have been strength training...)

I usually put my alarm clock far away so I have to get up to turn it off... and then I get dressed since I'm already up XP If you don't eat breakfast, your body will have a harder time losing weight. Try at least eating a banana or drinking a glass of milk before you head out.

I was a vegetarian for 2 years and it was great! I encourage you to keep on at it! For compensating on protein, my nutritionist told me to eat more beans and cheeses. Also drink plenty of milk and eat eggs (if you do eat eggs, that is)

You should try to lower the calories a bit and drink more water. Remember to have your snacks throughout the day and don't eat junk. Eat healthy at all times.

Personally, for every 5 pounds I lose, I will treat myself to little things, like getting a manicure or going to a movie :]

I make mine with almond milk and water. Then I add a bit of light maple syrup, but I love to experiment! Just put s/f jelly in it or some nuts.
