Parkour preparation training
I'm looking to get into parkour and I have noticed that I definitely CAN NOT lift myself from a hanging position (i.e. pull ups) Other than push ups and pull ups (which definitely is out of the question), what other exercises do you suggest we could do to strengthen the upper body? I also need to work on my agility...…

I Binge and Can't Stop!
It's driving me crazy. Besides the obvious "Chew gum, entertain yourself, don't think about food, brush your teeth" strategies, does anyone have any advice so I can stop a binge?

Hey! I'm an 18 year old that really wants to be fit. I have noticed that most of the people here are adults (25 and up) but I'd like to shout out to us teens here. We also want to be fit! I do believe there are vast amount of teens here, so where are you?! I know we are not alone in this. :]

Oral fixation
Hello. I am new to this site and have a little preoccupation that has been bothering me for a while. I have an oral fixation and always find myself needing to eat something. I don't really know how to control it and was wondering if any of you have a remedy for this other that chewing gum (not a good option for me). Thanks!
