Welcome! I have the same issue with my body type, I'm built just like the other women in my family on my Mom's side.....it's always been a challenge for me because we are all curvy but as I've gotten older those "curves" have turned into a muffin top! haha YIKES Add me if you like =)

Is it flavored? Strawberry/Vanilla add fresh fruit or some kind of berry yogurt banana soy/almond (vanilla is really sweet) or NF milk ice blend and enjoy! My BF always comments on how yummy they are compared to his. But that is because he is taking his powder, putting it in water and drinking it. Blech!

I'll have to recheck the labels because when my daughter was younger and she LOVED them. I remember them being sooooo sweet. Which is good for this chica! I love them sweets! Thanks for the input!:smile:

lol I hear ya! I think I prob should work on getting something in me because of my fatigue later in the day. I just totally burn out! See, for me, I like to eat in lil' bits. = ) I would rather have a yogurt, then a hour or two later an orange and then something light for lunch and so on. Am I making any sense?

It's kind of a pain but if it is something you like to eat then it's worth it. Add it into your data base as a recipe. I am back and forth with exercising....I'm gung ho then I flop. When I DO work out I'm all over the cardio, that is pretty much all I do. I'm not sure why but I struggle with the strength training. Maybe because I have to put more work on it instead of just getting on the eliptical or treadmill and just busting my *kitten*…
