Second time around!
I've been on here before and was VERY faithful in posting and logging everything! Life does it thing and I just quit doing it. Welllllll............now I'm back and I have 30lbs to loose!!!! I could even do 35-40 and that wouldn't be bad either. =( So, here goes........... Wish me luck! :smile:

Strength training vs Cardio on MFP
I'm wondering why it gives you no credit for doing strength training. I understand the calorie part but it's kinda sucky to see that big red "0" for exercise when you DID exercise. It would be nice to see something = ) Should I be logging it different? Thanks!!!:flowerforyou:

HOW bad is skipping breakfast?
I am really bad at this and usually don't eat until I'm at work....working. I have usually been awake for at least 3-4 hours by the time I eat unless you count coffee. I'm trying to change that but am wondering how bad it really is.

Too much protein
I seem to be staying in my calorie range but going over my protein amount calculated. Could this be a problem for me? I like protein shakes because they are easy and I am not good at eating in the morning. I sometimes like them for lunch as well. Any advice would be lovely! Off to the gym! = )
