I'm wondering why it gives you no credit for doing strength training. I understand the calorie part but it's kinda sucky to see that big red "0" for exercise when you DID exercise. It would be nice to see something = ) Should I be logging it different?
Thanks!!!:flowerforyou:

Well I am told to believe it's found under, Cardio - if you log Strength training or weights in it. Everyone says it's because MFP can't articulate the proper calorie expend-age as weights will differ from weight, to reps, to time to muscle groups..

But you should find it under cardio. I use a HRM for mine but i've been told that is still an over estimate. It's a never ending trilogy.. lol.

Enter stregnth training under the cardio section. That should work.

if you haqve a heart rate monitor you can add your own exercise to the "cardio" database and enter your calories burned manually. i've also seen one of the guys here mention that they found a calorie calculator that's designed for strength training. just a thought for you to look into.
