I am way under my daily calorie limit and walked a mile yesterday and did 15 sit ups as well. My scale sometimes says E like it doesn't want to weigh me then other times it weighs me. It is weighing me in under 1lb less than yesterday. Could this be possible and should i trust the readings when it does weigh me?

if you just started....and have drastically cut back calories...it's possible....a lot of it would be water weight.0

I agree with Cenafan - would just be water weight & would probably come back just as quickly! I will add though - you do lose quickly at first... You might want to weigh just once/week.0

Also, check the battery on your scale.
Most likely a big loss at first is water weight and it will slow down to a normal range quickly.
Not to offend in any way either...check the weight limitations on your scale. When I was at my heaviest there was not a scale on the general market that had the weight capacity to properly weigh me. Sad but true. Some scales have a low weight capacity some much heavier - up to like 350 or so. At my heaviest I was nearly 400 pounds and my at home scale had a 360 pound weight limit...got the dreaded EEEE for several weeks until my weight dropped low enough to properly read it.0
