i eat my oatmeal with spices in it ...i try many combinations and i dont add milk and i can do this daily if i have to ....with spices the possiblities are endless...

Thanks...that answers half my question...i get a lot of ethnic foods that doesn't have the bar code...hence the direct image question? Also the app doesn't work properly on my phone (something with an older operating system!) ...so u wouldn't know abt image to text option?

You shouldn't be depressed at such a young age....:) esp for 60 lbs.... go dance somewhere tonight ! Do it for us who have family and kids and just dont have the time....

I wasnt 'trying' to do anything...i just measured some stuff today ...ate per some pre-fixed notion and ended up with 1350 cals...wasnt planning it ...wasnt desiring it .... i guess in summary y'all suggest that i try to eat 1700 cals + maybe a little bit more? is that right?
