End of first month ...quick question

hello Say i use 1 cup uncooked oats + water as needed leading to say 2.3 cups of cooked oats? would the nutritional values be the same as 1 cup uncooked oats? ( i am assuming (1) water has no calories and (2) the cooking does not add to the cal info!) am i right please advise? _Shri
