I eat Smart Ones and Healthy Choice meals anytime I get on a weight loss kick for my lunches they are quick and easy obviously and I have always lost the weight. Last year Ilost 35 lbs. and starting again as of yesterday. Im all for them.

I have slacked the last few months and have gained a few pounds back so for April Im restarting and will walk AT LEAST 40 miles! Between Leslie and dogs that need to be walked I WILL do this!

I have yet to meet my goals for the last couple months either because Ive slacked or been sick. So let's try this again... it's a new year, I want to look decent in a swim suit and great in my wedding dress in October. My goal for January is to walk 50 miles!!

I walked over 2 miles this afternoon with Leslie, and used weights on and off. My hip has been clicking during knee raises and it hurts so Im going easy on them. Had the energy to walk more though :/

I have been a slacker. So to get back into the groove, and not over due myself my goal is to walk 40 miles this month with my girl Leslie. That is 2 miles a day 5 days a week!!! 12/2 2/40

I have totally failed. I have been sick last couple weeks and havent walked at all! Oh well there is always November :/

I've been waiting for this months challenge. My goal is to walk 50 miles in October. I calculated 2 miles a day 5 days a week at 44. So to push myself a little I WILL walk 50!

Im just over my 3 week mark and have lost 12 lbs. I have seen the change. I get real tired in the afternoons and Im hungry!

Today is my day of rest as are Wednesday', so wont be walking today. However I walked 2 miles plus yesterday. I think when I walk tomorrow I am going to try the 3rd mile on my video think its a power walk. One of these days I will build endurance and be able to do 3 miles straight. Walked a 14 min. mile plus warm up this morning. Think I will do a couple more after work starting with mile 2 of the 5 day slim down .. What can I say im getting addicted!!!!

low impact and walking 4mph burn the exact same calories according to MFP. So I guess I was stressing for nothing :)

Ive been walking with Leslie almost a couple weeks now. I am loving it . I break a sweat and feel energized afterward. I am not quite to the 3 mile marker yet but I am working on it.

I stay around 1200 easily which is usually right under or a little above every weight loss sight etc. recommends me to eat at least 1200 calories. Im only 5'2 What would you suggest?

My minimum calorie intake is 1200 so Im guessing as long as I consume my 1200 calories im ok?
