I started incorporating a full Hershey Special Dark Chocolate bar everyday for dessert. (Having just one or two squares a day just makes me feel like I'm depriving myself.) It's 180 cals. Before, I was trying to avoid sweets most of the time, but it just made me binge like crazy.

I find that drinking diet Swiss Miss hot chocolate helps to satisfy my craving and fill me up at the same time. They are 25 cals per pack. I usually add a little stevia or splenda to sweeten up a little more. You can also top it off with fat free Reddi Whip ( 5 cals for two tbsp). I usually have it after dinner (when I…

Thanks! :) I finally was able to figure it out.

I've tried their chocolate syrup and it was TERRIBLE! I had to throw it out too.

I like DiGiorno's 200 Calorie Portion Pepperoni Pizza and Lean Cuisine's Pepperoni French Bread Pizza, which is 310 cals. Neither is particularly low in carbs though. But they're both tasty and satisfy my pizza craving! http://www.digiorno.com/Products.aspx/Pepperoni/52b3d361-c89d-4ec6-9404-c4718a8d668e…

I started losing weight in February and my hope was to reach my goal weight by 12/31/11. The weight loss has slowed quite a bit in the last couple months and I still have 15 lbs to go so it's not likely to happen. But now I'm hoping for a 3-5 lb loss by 12/31 and to reach my goal weight by February 2012!

A delicious low-calorie crustless pumpkin pie recipe. Instead of pumpkin spice, I used the spices listed in the recipe on the back of the Libby's Pure Pumpkin can (ground cloves, ground ginger, cinnamon). The website lists the calorie count at 121 per slice, but when I entered all (even the Splenda @ 96 cals per cup) the…

A little bit off topic, but this reminded me of a Fluffernutter (a sandwich with peanut butter and marshmallow fluff/creme) which I have only had once in my life, a few years ago, but it was really good! I just looked up the nutrition info for marshmallow creme, and apparently it only has 40 cals per 2 tbsp (10g carbs, 6g…

Nacho Cheese Doritos with Cottage Cheese as a dip. Delicious!

I highly recommend a brand of sparkling flavored water called Sparkling Ice. I've found it only at Costco and Ralphs so far. Orange Mango, Pomegranate Berry and Lemon Lime all taste great, but the Black Raspberry is just awesome! :) http://www.sparklingice.com/Flavors

Funnily enough there wasn't really much I couldn't resist for several months after I started dieting....that is until that fateful day a couple months ago I had ice cream (well Arctic Zero anyway) and chocolate Vita Tops in the house at the same time. Together they're basically like cake and ice cream...so. freaking.…

FiberOne has yogurt that is 50 cals (haven't tried it yet, but I'm sure it's pretty good). Also, Greek Gods Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt is 60 cals (I usually sweeten it with some Stevia and it tastes like a regular sweet yogurt).

I've been eating tuna for lunch the last couple of days and I've been using Smart Beat Mayo (found it at Albertsons). 10 cals per tbsp and I honestly can't taste a difference. There's also Dijonnaise, which has only 5 cals per tbsp. Not sure how that would taste with tuna though.…
