I have been losing at roughly 2lbs a week eating approx 1350 calories a day. Started trying to maintain this week

Thanks all. What's everyone's favourite low calorie snack? Something to eat while watching tv or while bored in the evenings- the hardest part of the day for me.

Carbs definitely carbs- crisps of all varieties, potato chips, rice, pasta and bread.... love them all!

Recieved mine today also. Sweet goan curry crackers-106 cals, very cherry raisins-110 cals, pistachios 117 cals and apple and cinnamon flapjack 235 cals a box..
