Upper and tend to respond very quickly to lifting....I am just starting to incorporate bands into my workout regime and it seems to be helping some . I also seeing my arms when I am doing my walking . The next thing I'm adding is a French press whereas I hold the weight behind my head and lift it over with my elbows…

Walking is great...I started back and am back up to 5 mi/day......but then I've always been a walker....even when I was young . As for a walking thread......count me in .

True.......belly fat is the last to go and the hardest to lose . One thing that has helped me is doing reverse crunches and holding a plank position for some time . Hope this helps ! : )

I'm only six months after my hyst and we still haven't found the right balance but I HAVE found that exercising every day seems to help keep things under control more . Glad to have found this forum for those of us who have " been around the block " so to say .

I am currently about a 14 depending on the cut and and sizing they use....ultimately I'd like to be an 8 but that is a ways of for now.....one day at a time . For me personally it's really not about the number on the scale our the number on the tag but how things for and how I feel .

I'm trying to get back into running but am really more of a walker . My goals for the year are to do my first half marathon in March and a full one this fall of I can get my time down . But we'll see what happens .

I had my hysterectomy last August....and some gain has occurred so in working to get it off......the over the country stuff....works great .

It wasn't so much the laststraw as the last loss . I've had 2 members of my senior class pass away in as many days....it really makes you sit back and reassess what you are and what you want . I want to be as healthy as I can and be the best person I can be to those I love . That means being around for a long time .…

Howdy !! I found one on All Recipes.com.....Stuffed Chicken with Apple's and cheese.....only 250 cal per serving and relatively easy to make....hope this helps .
