If you had a poor VO2 as a kid, there is a good chance you have an underlying respiratory or cardiac issue. Only a Doctor can tell you for sure.

Street kitchen sold at walmart. Sauces can be a little calorie dense so I usually just add half. The tiki masala (prolly not spelling that right) is my fave.

Diet: of course calories but I will try to follow the macros too this time. As many one ingredient foods as possible vs anything elze. Fruig or veggie with every meal. No snacking. sw 188 4-8-11: 187.2 had many days where i did not even bother counting calories :(. I think that little loss I had was do to dehydration cuz I am not drinking my water. I'm doing much better today though. :)
