I loved the Fever series by Karen Moening (i think that's her name). It is about dark Fae trying to take over our world.

I used Spark for a long time and then went to Weight Watchers. When I decided I didn't want to pay anymore, I looked at MFP and Spark. MFP won me over with their free app. I use it constantly. I just had to go log in to Sparkpeople to see it because I haven't been there forever and it is very cluttered. I did like the…

I sent a request, but anyone else can feel free to add me as well.

Add me as well if you want :)

You don't have to wait until Monday or even the next day to start over if you fall off the wagon. Get back on the wagon with the very next bite you put in your mouth.

Today is my 15 year wedding anniversary, so I am going out to lunch with the hubby. Not sure what we are having, but I do know I am not going to worry too much about it. Tonight we are going to have a fire pit and roast hot dogs and smores. Not the best weight loss day, but it will be a good anniversary!

I wanted some hoho's and didn't buy them. Had water instead.

I have 4 days left of the C25K that I keep talking myself of now that it has gotten colder here. I want to finish that up. I also started back to the gym last Thursday so my goal is to make it there at least 4 days during the week for strength training. I am going over lunch for strength and then walking/jogging outside…

Hi! I'm Jenn. I will be turning 40 in November and am ready to get this weight off for good. Tomorrow is my 15 year anniversary with my wonderful husband and we have a 13 year old daughter. I would really like to lose 15 pounds by Christmas as we have a New Years Cruise planned.
-
Please feel free to add me :) I need all the support I can get.

My next mini goal is 20 pounds gone. Almost there!

Omaha, NE. I have been around here most of my life (grew up in a small town 45 miles away). I did spend about 4 years in Florida and may move back that way some day.

Hi, I'm Jenn from Omaha, NE. I will soon be 40. My husband and I are about to celebrate 15 years together and we have a 13 year old daughter. I have an MBA and currently work as a program manager. I am working on a Masters in Counseling as well, but not sure how far I will continue that degree. Glad to be a part of the…

I have a Pandora bracelet that I buy a charm for every 10 pounds I lose. It is oddly motivating to me.

I am doing a similar challenge with a fb group for October and it has been pretty motivating. I'm in!

I actually just was trying to decide what to do as well. I really don't want to move indoors, but that is probably what I will have to do. Sorry I am not much help!

I'm in Omaha too. Feel free to add me :)

I keep a pair of walking shoes at work and change into them and walk over lunch breaks. This really helps me to get in activity on days I wouldn't normally get it. I have a 13 year old as well and before she goes to bed, we lay out what she needs for the next day to help in the mornings. I try to put our lunches together…

I have heard of making rice with it by using the coconut milk in place of water. Haven't tried it, but plan to.

You can add me as well. The more support, the better!

I recently finished my MBA and am now working on my Masters in Clinical Counseling. I had about half the credits done in Counseling when I switched to business and have now decided to finish it up.

When my garden gets out of control, I usually freeze the tomatoes to use for chili or minestrone in the winter. I love being able to have the fresh garden taste in the middle of winter. We also eat a lot of tomatoes with fresh mozzerella and basil with just a touch of basalmic vinegar. Yum!

I will do week 3 day 3 tomorrow and I am loving it. It is definately working for me. When I started 3 weeks ago, I didn't think I would make it 30 seconds. Yesterday I had to do 3 seperate 3 minute runs and made it with no problems. I am not fast or anything, but I am increasing my endurance.

I love my Fitbit! I haven't taken it off since I got it (well except when I shower).

I agree with the previous poster. I love mine and wear it all the time. It helps me to get up and get steps in. I also tried the bodybugg and I like this one so much better. It just clips on my clothes and I don't even notice it is there.

I never put anything in mine and they turn out fine.

I loved the Dreamfever series. I read a lot of paranormal fiction too. I just really like this genre. Right now I am reading a series, but can't remember the name of it or the author (helpful I know). I know the first book was called "Chosen" or "The Chosen" and the second is something like "Hunted" It is actually pretty…

I had a day like that yesterday and my son passed away in 2004. This time of year is hard for me. I guess I don't really have any wisdom about what to do except don't try to lock the feelings up. That will just cause more issues.

I have had mine for about 2 weeks. I love it!
