Try tracking calories weekly instead of just daily. That way 200 over today can easily be made up by the end of the week. 700 is mor difficult.

If the food is within your daily goals, make yourself a plate and set it aside until you are hungry. Tell her it is yours for later.

Start tracking your calories. You wont be able to calculate a decent calorie deficit otherwise.

Tonight I am having sweet potato with slow cooked BBQ jackfruit. Just chop up tinned jackfruit and an onion and slow cook in your favourite BBQ sauce. If you don't have time to slow cook just dry fry.

I went four days without Pepsi max this week and it made me realise how addicted I am. I am planning to switch to diet caffeine free coke because I think the caffeine has a lot to do with it. I am also going to try to avoid getting thirsty by drinking a **** ton of water. Feel free to add me and we can try to quit together.

I love baking too and I am hoping to find a way to bake while I reduce my calories. I am a vegan so all my cakes are already butter and egg free. Look for recipes which don't need eggs and replace butter with oil or applesauce. Also fruit based baked goods are always a good option. I am also going to look into making my…
