I have some long days and often bring work home at the weekend. I am putting myself first as I need to be fitter in order to deal with job stress. I put gym appointments in my diary at the start of the week and per programme them into MFP I find it really makes me think twice about changing plans.

After turning 42, I finally had enough of being overweight. I have been going to the gym 5 times a week since September and lost steadily throughout. Trying like mad to get into a bridesmaid dress for a wedding. I was so stressed about messing up the brides plans. I did get into the dress but decided longer term I needed to lose weight. Someone suggested working with a personal trainer haven't looked back since.

Well done, you are right to savour your achievement. If funds allow why not think of a trainer. I have been using one for the first time ever and he continually pushes me out of my comfort zone and keeping me focused. The intensity is stepped up every week.
