That's true, actually most of the people don't care about the balanced amount, all they what to know is to keep taking like crazy whatever they found good for their health. "The more you eat, the more you'll become healthy" is absolutely wrong concept. I'll focus on 'balance' in my next post.

Eating too much is not healthy, even if you are taking something healthy but taking too much is not healthy at all. Make sure whatever you eat, you're eating a balanced amount. :)
