You look amazing and should be so proud! It's so funny. I have lost about the same amount as you and don't see my own success as much as I see it in other people-- so seeing your pics is really motivating and makes me realize that I have lost too and have made a big transformation... Way to go!0

Thank you all. All i did just strict food intake as well as burn 4,000 calories or more weekly.
My usual routine (gym workout 5-6 times a week) consist of 20-30 stationary rowing, 100 -200 abdominal crunches, 100 sit-ups as well as 20-30mins elliptical -and continued by zumba classes,60mins (1-2 times a week) and swimming, 70-90mins (1-2times a week)
