It is possible. I haven't been for a run in 3 months and I'm losing really easily doing 5:2, so I only count calories (500) twice a week. The other days I don't and it till works :)

You don't really need to add calories during the first and second trimester. In the third trimester you might want to add 200-300 cals a day. Healthy choices matter a lot more than calorie intake (although going too high or too low WILL have adverse effects on your health and your baby's). Source: midwife.

What makes you so sure I don't? I used to weigh 53 kg (15 less than now) and used to compete in show jumping. They were still there. Saddlebags and fatty knees. I don't hate my body. I just don't love my thighs. Is that ok with you?

Weigh your own portion before cooking (if cooking pasta for others as well) then cook it in a separate smaller saucepan.

Always first thing in the morning, after you peed and possibly after number two, before drinking or eating anything. And always naked, I never get those weight loss tv shows where they do their weigh ins fully dressed, they don't even take their shoes off!! I do it every day so I can catch a possible negative trend sooner…

1200 is the only way for me to loose anything! 1600 I maintain, anything over that and I gain. Where I come from most dieticians and nutritionists advise for a 1200 diet (for women, 1400 for men) after a bioimpendance analysis. But if you see you can eat more and still loose, then I'd do that of course.

I must have gargantuesque teaspoons then because I own a teaspoon and I have nutella and when I weigh the amount (which I always do), it' 18-19 g of the magic stuff so 5.3 (cals x 1g) x 18 = 95.4 How can a third of 100 be 10 to 15 ?? Twice??

Talking glasses is kind of approximate, you might want to mesure how many mls your standard glass at home is. You're good to go anywhere between 1.5 and 2 lt of water a day.

Almonds with skin :) 18 g are 100 calories. I always carry them in a small ziplock bag, they can stay there for days, even weeks, they are clean, you can eat less if you don't feel like all of them, not messy at all. Anytime, anywhere. good source of protein and healthy fats. And fiber!
