HOW DO YOU GET BACK ON TRACK WHEN LIFE GETS IN THE WAY??

    Look in the mirror, that lady you see deserves to be treated better, make time for her, she's precious, look after her.

    You do your best and don't let it get you down.
    Your basic lifestyle changes, so temporary slips don't play a significant part in the big picture. And make an effort, it's very tempting to turn a bad meal into a bad day, or a bad day into a bad week... that's the biggest mistake!

    Im a yoyoer of 22 years and have lost 10-60lbs in chuncks and regained everytime

    The only time I can get back on track is hwn Im in the right head space,usually something will jolt me a remark a photo an occassion health ..............

    You an do this and all of a sudden it clicks BUT for me its getting to goal and maintaining which ive done once (got to goal) never maintained thats why Im here to lose to goal to maintain x
  • First, get over the illness. You can't exercise while you are ill. Then, get up super early before anyone else and exercise. Then, eat well, no one can get in the way of that. You just have to want it.

    Thats my plan starting tomorrow exercise at 6.30 am before everyone is up 30 minutes wii zumba :)

    that is a good plan...but i have to reverse it
    i work the nite shift 10pm to 6am
    so when i get home and everyone elseis going to work and school I will get back on it:bigsmile:
