How is everone doing with the 10 miles for the week??? We still have Sunday. I still have 3 miles to go. It is hard with the rain this weekend, and my daughter is home, and wants all my attention. Some way, I will get the 3 miles in.

Did day 2 of level 1 today and 43 minutes of treadmill with incline for 2 miles. Hoping this gets easie soon, it was much harder today.

Got in the Shred 1st day - level 1 and 40 minutes treadmill with intervals - did 2 miles. Total of 60 minute workout. Hope everyone is doing well with it. The Shred video was hard for me. My arms are not strong, so I had a hard time doing the easy push ups.

Walmart had the 3 lb weights for $2 or 3 for each weight.

Bought the 30 day Shred today,and the Shred with weights. I did my first workout today. Does anyone know what to put in our exercise calories burned??? I know everyone is different, but I don't want to list too high. I am so out o shape. Do we need to do this workout everyday, or do we need to take breaks???

1 mile down and 9 to go! Anyone else logging any miles today???? I only work a few days a week, while my daughter is at school. So do what you can, I know most people work full-time, and it is harder to fit it in. Use a pedometer during the day, every step can count.

:explode: Do it at your own pace. Any pace is better than NONE at all. Lets DO THIS!!!!! If you have a crappy day, fight it out on the treadmill or on a walk or jog. :explode:

If you have a Trader Joe's in your area. Look for No Pudge Fudge. It is more like a brownie and they are yummy. It uses yogurt. They are so good!!!

Which DVD are you using??? Shred with weights or the Shred/Boost your metabolism??? I watched a little of the one with weights, it looks hard. Where can you get the videos? I saw that I can get it on amazon, but would like to find at a store. I am in. I will give it a try.
