I tell people this all the time...one of my reasons for losing weight is to be fit before I have a baby. I can just imagine gaining more weight on top of what I have and feeling extra tired and fatigued.....yea no thxs!

I use to feel the same way...counting calories and feeling deprived so then I would binge on sweets and junk. What I try to do now is just take things a day at a time. I follow my MFP calories (currently 1,300) and am doing the Focus T25 program, which is perfect for me. I can't make any good excuses as to why I can't work…

@bajoyba In a perfect world. I was just talking to my best friend last night and she mentioned how perfect it would be to sit and meditate 1-2 hrs per day on your weight loss and exercise and have the weight just magically disappear bc of your meditation. I do the same thing. I usually have a cheat meal on Saturday but for the rest of the week I am eating clean. It keeps me sane, I can't entirely give up my comfort foods so I am learning to practice self control and save it as a treat for the weekend.

Yes exactly. It also teaches me how to exercise my self control throughout the week and on the weekends. That cheat meal could easily turn into a cheat weekend marathon!
