I'm sort of in the same boat as you. After most of my weight has been lost, my boobs are not lookin good. They were in the high Ds and now a very low 32C. I want a breast lift too .. someday. Yoplait 100 Greek yogurt and soon an apple. It's breakfast and I wanted to try the yogurt ... obviously missing crucial calories haha Also, I want to eat healthy again and lose enough weight to tone up and become a bada** hottie :)

I'm only afraid that the muscle will build under the fat and look bad. I definitely want muscle though. Thank you for the advice :)

I do about 30 minutes of cardio before weight lifting. I lift 3 days a week and do cardio 5 days a week. I guess I just have to keep at it. Thank you

I agree. Plus, I'm terribly afraid of gaining weight .. and eating more calories seems like too much now. It's hard to stop.
