Honestly, most, if not ALL people are insecure at the gym! I go, do what I have to do and leave. Everyone is too busy doing their thing to pay attention to you. If they are, then they have the issue! Do what is best for you! Good luck!

usually a good rule to follow is above the neck sick go for it, below no. I personally wouldn't exercise just because insanity is just that, insane! I would use today as your rest day or do a lighter form of cardio.

i actually just looked up the calorie burn for circuit training and it was the same a calisthenics vigorous. I guess I am ok either way!

thanks! I have been logging it in as vigorous calisthenics. Same as I did with 30 Day Shred. Just don't want to be over thinking my burn.
