I had the same problem and this is what I did... I found that for water... even though it feels like a ton!!! If I take my weight in pounds and divide it by two then drink that many oz of water it helps soooo much!

ugh... as i've been losing weight mine are getting worse! I know that hormones have a much larger on stretch marks than actual size does... but seriously... losing weight and getting them just isn't fair!

I never wear it ever! Only time I have in the last 6 months is our wedding and christmas lol and only cause I knew that pictures were going to be taken!

I have the same problem!!! I've only been walking on the treadmill so i'm not sweating like crazy but when it starts to feel unbearable i pause it and stretch for 5 mins then i get back on... I'm having to do that less and less though now!

I think that it depends on what your activity level was before. I know that for me my work is pretty active since i'm in nursing so if i were to log all the walking I do for that I would literally be in the negative with my calories everyday! I only log the things I go out of my way to do. That's the only time I think that…

I had the same problem but when I try to keep my carbs from breads to a minimum then I start to really see some results

i would keep track... though i only drank water before I didn't realize how little I was actually drinking... now i drink much much more!!!
