    I never go hungry i eat healthy every chance i get so i dunno what im doing wrong

    I noticed you just joined mfp this month. Did you lose all seven pounds this month? If so, you may be eating too few calories, which causes your metabolism to slow down. One to two pounds a week is what most reputable health and fitness experts recommend.

    Just a thought. Whatever the cause, don't give up!

    I seriously suggest altering your diary to include watching your sodium. I find if I'm high on sodium, I can carry an extra 3lbs of water!

    Otherwise I agree with most of the rest of the advice. You need carbs, veggies, fruit. Eat all your exercise calories back.

    Personally I'm not a fan of meal replacements, it's more processed stuff and they can NEVER keep me full, but that's just me.

    I had the same problem but when I try to keep my carbs from breads to a minimum then I start to really see some results

    I looked at your diary and it doesn't look like you log everything. I find logging everything that goes into my mouth very helpful... even the little things.
