Success with weight lifting and carb cycling?
I'm looking into carb cycling and weight lifting to help get my weight down and hormones under a little better control. Has anyone has success with either of these? I've been doing just low low LOW carb and need to switch it up a little bit.

Want to Start Weights
I want to start lifting weights but I can't find a program/schedule/etc that focuses on one area of the body per workout. I've mostly been looking on pinterest, but I wonder if anyone has workouts that they love and wouldn't mind sharing.

So Frustrated
I don't know about anyone else but my weight fluctuates drastically! Weight loss and prednisone?
My doc is putting me on prednisone for a month and I was wondering how this drug has affected others... Has anyone done this before? How'd it go? any advice? My doc told me I'd feel like i was pmsing all month... if so, this may be a very long month of cravings! Seriously anything will help!!!

Going by MFP or your machine for calories burned?
I notice when I'm tracking my exercise on MFP the calories are always way more than what my treadmill/bike/elliptical/etc. says. I always go by what my machine says but I'm just curious as to what you guys think. Thoughts?

Water Help!
So last week i was drinking 10+ glasses a day of water and I lost a decent amount of weight and this week I've gained about a pound but I haven't been drinking as much as I was last week. I'm still getting the 8 glasses I should but I'm wondering if the extra 2-4 glasses is helpful? What do you guys think?
