Anything little Debbie is yummmmm!!! :p

For example today I was looking up little Debbie oatmeal cake ( don't judge ;) ) and there was two that had same title and the nutritional info was similar, except for the sodium. One was 300 and the other 170??

i drink mine's straight, nothing added! It becomes habit after a while, but what is helpful is to drink water when you eat, just with your meals vs. soda/juice. That helps me, because I cannot just chug a bottle of water in one sitting

If you are satisfied with the results you are getting by journey than I say stick with it! It can be hard, but he has good intentions. Maybe you should try explaining to him that you like doing things your way.

It definitely can be a slow process, but be patient. Sometimes I will look over my journey and think I should be at goal by now, but I remember what's the rush? If this is a lifestyle change then it's for life. Enjoy your journey and you can still be healthy too!

I'm so glad this was helpful! You are the kind of person I want to reach out too. I understand about the scale issues. What I would do is just put it away for a while b/c it would turn my day upside down. The scale is only one indication of weight loss . There are so many other ways like simply feeling better! You will…

I agree! @shyamcn before my journey I tried a lot of other people's ways on losing weight and never succeed. Once you find your niche it's clear selling! Thanks for your comments

Thanks everyone for the replies! It's a bittersweet change. Happy to be losing weight but hard to see a lot of things go, as I've been the same size for a long time. But all my old tshirts are going to be made into a Tshirt blanket. :)

Also. Don't hope on the scale a couple days after, if u do don't b surprised to see a higher number up on the scale, most of the time it's just water weight anyway. It's best to wait a few days! Don't get discouraged! :)

Yeah. The plan is to do maybe a Jillian M, go to gym, or for a walk something along the lines of that

No, but I am watching what I eat.

Oooh. Whats that one about

I know what it is as I've done it before, I just don't really think it's nessary this time
-
I just don't see the point of fit test. I'll know I'm getting better as the program go on because I can do more reps/or go longer than previous etc, don't need a fit test to tell me that.

Lol. I do know what I'm talking about actually! I knew all about MF, plus did research but my personal OPINION is that MF does not taste that great and it's expensive. you can't expect to post on a public forum and only get positive reviews... OP, eat less move more has worked for me. And It's literally just that simple.
