I love my Toyota Rav4. But really liked the Ford Escape I had as a loaner after being rear-ended & having to puttin mine in the shop to be fixed.

I've used Salsa either homemade or store bought. Also Paul Newman has some good tasting dressings just not sure about fat content.

If you do this all of the time yes. We all have had days were we didn't eat the recommended 1200 calories but to do this all of the time isn't going to help you lose weight faster. It will only cause you to put your body in starvation mode and that isn't healthy for you.

Love my slow cooker and it doesn't heat the kitchen up in the summer time like the stove or oven does. My blood pressure use to be fine also. I never worried about the sodium & now my blood pressure is high and I hafta really watch what I eat to get it back down or I will hafta go on medication to lower it. :-(

Each day I try to eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch and the change dinner every nite and that works for me plus the exercising. Look back to those days/week were you lost and try to eat the same and exercise to see if that helps. I agree every once in while you need a cheat day & I do plan my cheat days. But I try…

I know I've done that before. If I know I'm gonna be eatting something for dinner that is going to be high in calories then I eat less for breakfast and lunch so I don't hafta scrimp on dinner.

I try to do find something to occupy my time/mind so I won't think about wanting to snack. If that doesn't work for me then I tell myself in 15mins I can have a snack. When 15mins is up I tell myself I can have it in 15 more mins. Ya might hafta start out with 5mins but it will work and help ya gain willpower. :-)

My friend told me you can cook a whole chicken patted dry then rubbed with seasoning in a crockpot for 8 hrs with no extra liquid. She said it will make it's on juices and be falling apart after 8 hrs. I haven't tried it yet but she says it's the easiest way to cook it.
