  • When traveling I often take with me the following for breakfast: 1) cascading farm toasted oat cereal- 1cup, almond milk-1 cup, hard boiled egg whites( remarkably low in calories) 2) whole wheat toast, egg whites, blueberries, banana. 3) 1 or 1/2 cup quinoa, 1/2 cup almond milk, banana or blueberries.   • For your enlightment on this subject, I encourage you to get and read "Change Your Brain Change Your Body" by Dr. Daniel Amen. It has changed my life. I have learned that neither is good for you. An alternative is Stevia found in most food stores where organic food is sold. Good Luck
