I had a c-section in 2008. I have lost weight and am actually lighter than when I got pregnant but I still have 40 lbs. to go.

Looking for friends who are active in their journey. Out of 23 friends I only have 6 active. Makes it hard...

How do you measure the lbs. of actual fat?
-
Don't feel shame. Feel empowered that you've made a decision to get back to it. You can do it! I had lost 35 lbs. and gained ti all back. Now I need to lose that an many more but determined to be better to myself. Good luck!

Very realistic. You CAN do it!
-
Good luck! Stay focused and you can do that. Lots of exercise.
-
I believe she can do it. It will take a lot of exercise, not just diet alone. Very strict. I'm aiming for a minimum of 6 lbs. a month but hoping for more to get me to my goal sooner.

Good luck! How many lbs.?

Good luck! You can do it. (How many lbs.?)

Good luck! Run a 5K non-stop will be one of mine eventually... You can do it!

If you had to ask this question, you should probably seek a nutritionist. Sure, you can pop some pill to help speed it up but what good will that do you? You need to understand and teach yourself that exercise is vital to weight loss and a healthy life. Without the exercise...you'll have flab. You don't want a rapid weight…

Thanks! I'm happy I realized this only after a week of not losing. I would hate to go a month and realize I was an idiot.

Thanks!

My name is Linda. I have 73+ to go and want to be fit at 40. I have until January and am DETERMINED.
-
I would be happy to do so. I know how you feel. I lost 35 lbs and then put it back on. :( Working my way back to being healthy. My goal is to get there before I turn 40 in January.

Well congrats to you all for your success!
