Should I be eating my activity points?

I just ran a report to show my net calories for the the last 7 days. On the days I am exercising, it shows that I am eating only 800 - 900 calories. I'm going for 1200 a day. If I eat my 1200 then do 300 in activity, am I supposed to eat that 300 too? It doesn't make sense to me. Would someone please help? Thanks!

Yes, you should be eating more on days you exercise to net 1200. 1200 is already an aggressive deficit, even if you were to literally sit around all day. You burn calories just by being alive.0

The same thing used to happen to me. Or I would workout too late and not want to eat them all back. Now I make an effort to at least have 1200 NET. Most the time I am over that, but some days life gets in the way!

Thanks! I'm happy I realized this only after a week of not losing. I would hate to go a month and realize I was an idiot.0
