lose between 1 - 2 Lbs...actual Lbs of fat (I don't care about water, etc). Increase my long ride from 30 miles to 40 miles. Not anticipating any issues with either.

I am running my first 5k on March 29th - I've only just started training for it as I was injured for a few months after finishing the C25K programme so my goal is to finish it in a somewhat respectable time!!!!

I'm a couple days late, but my goal is to eat clean with the exception of 1 small cheat a week (not a whole cheat day) and lose 8 lbs (Go from 158 to 150).0

Today I am on Day 29 of the Bikini Body Mommy Challenge. My goal through March is to make sure I am following the program all through March without giving up. Including cardio days! A pound or two of loss would be nice as well as I am getting closer to my goal weight.0
