    Stay within my weekly calorie goal , get to level 2 and 3 of Ripped in 30 (doing it every other day with a C25k program), and become stronger!

    I want to be down to 140lbs AND I want to work out for at least 20 minutes every single day for a week. I'm not picky about the week.

    Use MFP every day, even if it is not a good day and go to the gym 5 days a week. LET'S GOO! :)

    lose between 1 - 2 Lbs...actual Lbs of fat (I don't care about water, etc). Increase my long ride from 30 miles to 40 miles. Not anticipating any issues with either.

    How do you measure the lbs. of actual fat?

    I am running my first 5k on March 29th - I've only just started training for it as I was injured for a few months after finishing the C25K programme so my goal is to finish it in a somewhat respectable time!!!!

    I'd also like to lose at least 4lbs.

    I only did 1.67 miles this weekend. I really have to pick up the pace to get 40 miles in by the end of the month. How's everyone else coming along?

    I'm a couple days late, but my goal is to eat clean with the exception of 1 small cheat a week (not a whole cheat day) and lose 8 lbs (Go from 158 to 150).

    Today I am on Day 29 of the Bikini Body Mommy Challenge. My goal through March is to make sure I am following the program all through March without giving up. Including cardio days! A pound or two of loss would be nice as well as I am getting closer to my goal weight.

    Get in as much activity as possible, do more of strength training, eat right and lose around 2 pounds

    5lbs for March. I gained (I think? I haven't been weighing in for a while) 5lbs over the winter. I'd like to loose 3 beyond that. I could probably lose 8 this month but eh.. not in a huge rush.

    No candy, no soda. Finish my 5K in under 28 minutes. Lift at least three days every week.

    Get into the 160's (about 7 pounds to go). Also to continue a 10-week bodyweight program I started 3 weeks ago.
