Set Your Goal for March and Go!

I don't know just about just for the month of March, but I would love to finish an exercise program that I have started. Had Hip Hop Abs....didn't finish. Had TurboFire...didn't finish. Had 30DS...you guessed it...didn't finish. Now I'm on Chalean Extreme and twice I have stopped. I have noticed I am like this in other things than exercise and diet. Maybe I need to get to the bottom of why I do that so I can finish a darn program!!0

1. Get out of the 170s. (Current weight is 179.2.)
At that point, I should be able to wear some different clothes that had gotten too small.
2. Increase my exercise.
a) Exercise during lunch on weekdays. There is a spin class at noon at my gym on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Try that.
b) Add swimming on Fridays.
c) Now that the weather should be getting nice, resume biking on Sundays.
d) Walk at arboretum on Monday mornings before work.
3. No cake or cookies unless something is truly special and it's not at work.0 -
I can't believe it is already the 12th and I only have 5.8 miles logged. Hopefully the weather will cooperate at the end of the month so I can pick it up and get to my 40.0
